2. Purpose of Vonü
Vonü is a preventive checking tool for reviewing messages, screenshots, links, websites and PDF documents before a user trusts, replies, shares data, signs or makes a payment.
Results combine automated analysis, artificial intelligence, internal rules and, depending on the function, technical checks or document-review profiles. They are guidance based on available signals, not a certification that a person, company, message, website or document is legitimate, authentic, fraudulent or legally valid.
3. Lawful and responsible use
You must use Vonü lawfully, in good faith and without infringing third-party rights. The service must not be used to commit fraud, impersonate others, obtain credentials, attack systems, harass people or facilitate unlawful activity.
4. AI and service limitations
Vonü uses AI and automated checks. These systems can make mistakes, lack context or miss new threats. A low score is not a guarantee of safety and a high score is not proof of a crime or fraud.
For sensitive decisions, independently verify through an official channel. In urgent situations involving money, account compromise, threats or safety, also contact the relevant bank, platform, professional or authority.
5. Intellectual property
The Vonü brand, software, design, original texts, internal rules and visual elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Users retain the rights they have in content they submit and only authorise the processing necessary to provide the requested service.
6. Third-party services
Some functions depend on infrastructure, payment, AI, email, domain-registration or threat-intelligence providers. Vonü does not control their permanent availability and cannot guarantee that external data is always complete or current.
7. Liability
Vonü takes reasonable measures to provide useful and understandable results but does not guarantee absolute accuracy, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in this notice excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Applicable law and consumers
The service is managed from Spain. Spanish law applies where appropriate, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in the consumer's country of residence.
