1. What Vonü does
Vonü reviews messages, screenshots, links, websites and PDF documents to surface risk signals or points worth checking before you trust, reply, share data, sign or pay.
2. You are interacting with AI
Vonü uses artificial intelligence and automated technical checks. AI can misunderstand context, miss a signal or generate an incorrect explanation. For documents, jurisdiction is inferred from the document itself rather than its language and may be uncertain. Treat the output as preventive guidance, not a verdict or legal opinion.
3. A score is not proof
The 0-100 risk index summarises available evidence. It is not the exact probability of fraud, does not certify identity and does not prove a criminal offence. A low score is not a guarantee of safety.
4. Verify independently
If a bank, relative, company, marketplace, authority or support agent asks for money, credentials, codes or urgent action, verify through a channel you already know or obtain independently from an official source.
5. Do not submit secrets
Do not submit passwords, OTP or authentication codes, recovery keys, PINs, full card numbers or banking credentials. Mask unnecessary third-party personal data in screenshots.
6. Links and websites
HTTPS, an old domain or no match in a threat database does not prove legitimacy. Avoid URLs containing private tokens or secret parameters. Some checks may query external reputation or registration services.
7. High and low risk results
For high risk, pause the sensitive action and verify the strongest signals. For low risk, continue to consider outside context, unexpected requests and changes of bank details or identity.
8. If you already paid or shared data
Act quickly: contact the relevant bank or payment provider, secure affected accounts, change compromised credentials, preserve evidence and use official reporting or support channels where appropriate.
9. Professional and emergency limits
Vonü does not replace banks, lawyers, doctors, emergency services, platforms or public authorities. If there is immediate danger, extortion, unauthorised account access or significant financial loss, use the appropriate official channels without waiting for Vonü.
10. Minors and third-party content
Minors should use Vonü with appropriate adult supervision where required. Do not upload intimate, identifying or other unnecessary sensitive information about a child or another person.
11. Prohibited uses
- Creating, improving or testing scams, phishing or impersonation.
- Obtaining credentials, codes or sensitive data from third parties.
- Harassment, blackmail, extortion or manipulation.
- Unauthorised probing, attacking or overloading of systems.
- Presenting a Vonü score as definitive proof of guilt or identity.
